Clock Tower
The Izmir Clock Tower was built in Konak Square in 1901 to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Sultan Abdulhamid II's accession to the throne. Designed by French architect Raymond Charles Père, the tower is 25 meters high. The clock mechanism was given as a gift by German Emperor Wilhelm II. The tower, which bears traces of Ottoman and Western architecture, draws attention with its elegant stonework. Today, it is one of Izmir's most important symbols and one of the city's central meeting points.

Kemeraltı Baazar
Kemeraltı Bazaar is a historical shopping center located in the Konak district of Izmir and started to be formed in the 17th century. Initially established on the area reclaimed by filling the sea, the bazaar expanded with inns, mosques and shops over time. It takes its name from the architecture of the arched structures inside. Today, the bazaar is used both as a shopping and cultural tour area and is one of the liveliest areas of Izmir.

The Elevator
The Historical Elevator is a historical structure built in 1907 by Jewish businessman Nesim Levi Bayraklıoğlu. The purpose of the structure is to overcome the approximately 58-meter elevation difference between Mithatpaşa Street and Halil Rıfat Paşa Street and thus facilitate pedestrian access. At the time it was built, it was providing service with two elevators, one powered by steam and the other by electricity; both elevators were converted to electric systems in 1985.
